It is with pleasure that we introduce this year’s Parade of Homes! We have reduced the entry fee to $999 for a limited time to help our members in this challenging market. The Parade will be held on Saturday, February 7 through Sunday, February 22, 2009. We encourage you to participate in this unparalleled cooperative marketing opportunity to showcase one or more of your models. Now is the time to join with your fellow builder members and bring new home sales to the forefront, both in the media and in the minds of potential buyers. This is our best tool to reach local residents as well as our many seasonal visitors. The scope of the Parade is huge with models from Punta Gorda to North Port and Arcadia to Englewood. To receive the reduced rate your entry form along with payment must be received by November 21, 2008.
By participating you will receive the following:
- Fantastic new Guide! Your model will be featured in the newly redesigned 2009 Parade of Homes Guide. In this exciting new publication, your model will be featured with full-color pictures of your elevation, floorplan and company logo. The 2009 Guide will be distributed throughout the community in all Parade of Homes models, local businesses, Chambers and more.
- New Home Expo! Booth space at the New Home Expo at Fisherman’s Village on January 13. This event is designed as a preview to the Parade of Homes. Local real estate agents will be invited to attend as well as Southwest Florida visitors and local consumers. More details on this event will be available soon.
- More TV advertising! The planned advertising includes newspaper ads, magazine ads ,radio, internet ads, targeted email blasts, press releases, feature articles and more TV advertising than ever before.
- On the Web! The 2009 Parade of Homes website www.cdparadeofhomes.com will have links to participating builders and sponsors Web sites, plus all of the model details available in the Guide.
- On the Rack! Rack distribution is planned for area Publix, Sweet Bay, Sam’s Club and other retail outlets. This publication will remain on the racks for an extended period of time.
- On the Street! You will receive official Parade of Homes signage, including directionals to the model.
Sponsorship information will be available soon for the privilege of becoming the 2009 Showcase Home Builder. The Showcase Home will be featured on the cover of the Parade Guidebook — just one of the many major benefits. Look for more information coming soon.
